“get high” by sniffing glue.

experienced first hand a problem which “stains” the European façade
of Romania.

thing in common: they do not “adopt” to the cultural standards of
the country. They have been generally expelled. Children of the
social fringe, children of immigrants, Greeks, Turks, Arabs…They
only know one way to draw attention and this is: violence!
